The SoundPower Orchestra presents - The SoundSisters

A professional trio whose distinctive, unique and powerful wall of sound never fails to wow audiences across the country. The trio is made up of Jen Armstrong, Jennifer Davies and Emily Lynn, 3 professional session singers who are as at home singing smooth backing vocals as they are belting out the lead in all styles of music, from pop, to rock, to swing, to funk, and even musical theatre.

Between them, The SoundSisters have provided both live and recorded vocals for national theatre productions, celebrity performances, European tours, children's TV programmes and the SoundPower Orchestra.

With this wealth of live and studio experience behind them, these 3 girls formed their section 2 years ago after working together, when they discovered their strong musical compatibility and vocal blend. The combination of their unique sound, versatile skills, and their ability to both read music and improvise on the spot by ear, makes them the perfect choice for artists and MDs who need flawless lead and backing vocals.

What we do

Backing and feature vocals for live performances in the following genres - pop, rock, swing, acoustic, r&b, retro (eg 1940s), soul, funk and jazz.

Studio session singing for feature and backing vocals for commercial recordings, albums and demos.

Writing and arranging backing vocals on request.

Available for one-off events, promotions, rehearsals and gigs, through to international tours.

Work with function bands, tribute shows, up-and-coming artists, orchestras and fully established, recognised artists.
